We were tasked to refurbish and re-fit all floors on one of the prestigious centrepiece office buildings at Birchwood Park, including kitchens and wet facilities.

Scope of Works

• Contract value of over £4 million
• Challenging rolling programme in a 80,000 sq. ft. part occupied building
• Glazed patio area with rustic oak planters and canopy
• All external groundworks including new car parks
• In-house manufactured reception, patio and office furniture fitted throughout
