Formby High School – SEND Block

TJM Projects successfully delivered a new SEND Block at Formby High School, providing a modern, inclusive learning environment.

The £700k project involved a full new build construction, integrating high-quality materials and specialist facilities tailored to the needs of students and staff.

Key Features

• Structural & External Works – Strip foundations, concrete slab, masonry walls, rendered finishes, Kingspan insulated clad roof.
• Windows, Doors & Security – Aluminium windows/doors and an access control system.
• Specialist Classrooms – Laboratory, food technology suite, and two standard classrooms.
• M&E Installations – Full design & build, including a fire alarm linked to the main school building.
• Bespoke Reception Desk – Creating a welcoming and functional entrance space.
