TJM Projects Completes Modern and Secure Entrance for Carmel College

We’re excited to announce the completion of a brand-new, efficient, and secure student entrance lobby for Carmel College, completed within a tight 8-day schedule to keep disruption to college life at a minimum.

The project included:

• Removal of existing automatic doors and installation of advanced speed gates
• Relocation of the reception desk, including updates to power, data, intercom, and heating
• Redecoration and ceiling improvements to enhance the space’s look and feel
• Replacement of floor coverings with recessed barrier matting for a seamless finish
• Data programming of the Paxton system to ensure smooth, secure access via the new speed gates
