Built in 1882, Upper Campfield Market in Manchester has a rich industrial heritage, originally constructed with cast iron by E.T. Bellhouse and featuring a wrought iron and glass roof.

Once a bustling market and later considered for the National Museum of Labour History, this historic space is now entering an exciting new chapter.

TJM is proud to be leading the transformation, turning this iconic landmark into a cutting-edge recording and production studio, set to be a hub for music, commercial production, and creative innovation—right in the heart of Manchester.
